About this cartoon: A devastating hurricane hit Puerto Rico and caused widespread power outages, food shortages and deaths just weeks after other major hurricanes devastated Houston and parts of south Florida. President Trump showed compassion to fellow Americans in Texas and Florida, but couldn't bring himself to show much sympathy to the American citizens of Puerto Rico, a U.S. territory. Instead, Trump complained about how Puerto Rico was a drag on the U.S economy and owed money to Wall Street, rather than do his utmost to relieve the suffering of the island's inhabitants.
